Bling for Maggie

merrileemakesWee Maggie is ready to go off to her new home, but I wanted to make her a few gifts before she went.
Maggie had lots her orifice hook someone in the last 40 years. I can see why, there's no real convenient place to put it. But I was happy to make her one.
I went with glass beads with golden tones, like Wee Maggie herself. Plus a little sheep charm for fun.
Maggie also has three onboard bobbin holders, which is super convenient, but the two horizontal ones meant the bobbins could fall off if you picked up and moved the wheel.
But I had an idea! L'il sheepies to hold the bobbins in place.
I enjoyed working with my beading supplies again, it's been a while since I made any stitchmarkers (my usual beading project). I really should make some more.
I've enjoyed my time with Wee Maggie. She's now back at Canberra Spinners and Weavers, awaiting her new home.
